BASE 10 or DECIMAL using Digits 0 thru 9.

BASE 16 or HEXADECIMAL using Digits 0 thru 9 and Characters A thru F.

Hints To Help You Get The Correct Result:-

Only Type In The Digits 0 thru 9 and Commas. Others Will Be Invalid!.
Fractional Values Are Not Computed, Whole Integers Only At The Moment.
Conversion Of High Value Numbers To Binary May Be Longer Than Display Area.
Care Needed When Result Shows I and O, Looks Like a one and a Zero.
The Highest Valid Conversion is 16 digits. (15 x 9 + 1 x 8).
